Nigel is the Founder of Tarralugo and has had the privilege of working in the UK, Europe, Australia, and Singapore, which he called home for almost twelve years.
With over twenty-five years of commercial experience in the Digital & Technology domain, he has worked across a diverse range of industries, including Investment & Retail Banking, Telecoms, IT, Real Estate, Creative Agencies, and Start-ups. During this time, he has worked at the C-suite level, leading complex regional transformations in global MNCs, as well as building companies from scratch, armed with only a laptop and SIM card.
Nigel is a firm believer in lifelong learning. Today, he enjoys collaboratively working with clients to understand their complex challenges and creating solutions that deliver tangible value for all stakeholders. He also enjoys joining clients on the delivery journey and helping them achieve the desired outcome.
Tara Langley
Tara is a seasoned professional with over twenty years of experience in commercial educational settings. Originally from Australia, she holds a master's degree in psychology, which has profoundly influenced her leadership approach. With her wealth of experience, Tara has developed a keen understanding of how individuals and teams can reach their full potential.
Having worked in Australia, Singapore, and now the UK, Tara possesses a deep appreciation for and understanding of diverse cultures. This perspective allows her to bring out the best in teams, utilizing strategies that bridge and foster collaboration.

Eddie O’Neill
Always ready for a tea & chat, Eddie brings over thirty years of commercial technology expertise from across the Trading Floor, Media, Consulting, Lifestyle, Technology and IT Outsourcing sectors. Having built international technology businesses from scratch, through to being the regional CEO of MNC’s, he has an excellent understanding of how to lead, create and drive value for all stakeholders in start-ups through to multinationals.
During his career he has lived and worked in Europe, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong and now calls South Africa his home. This global experience has embedded a deep appreciation of culture and its importance when leading and scaling businesses internationally.
Nowadays, Eddie enjoys getting to know a business, its leadership, their teams and then helping those businesses to achieve their high performance potential and scale internationally.

William Penfold
From the outset of his career, Will has held a deep passion for Industrial & Product Design, with a strong focus on CleanTech and GreenTech. Having been awarded a MA in Industrial Design Engineering from the Royal College of Art and a MSc in Industrial Engineering from Imperial College London, he has been responsible designing, building and scaling a number of innovative solutions in the CleanTech space.
During his twenty-five plus year career, Will has built a deep understanding of how to design a product and importantly, how to commercialise it. Will has successfully lead and navigated teams through the gauntlet of grants & funding, venture capital, R&D, patenting, scaling manufacturing globally and trade exits.
With a number of industry awards to his name, Will enjoys helping businesses to take a concept to market and making it a commercial success.
Laurent Gibb
Helping growth stage enterprises to scale is Laurent’s forte and what he enjoys doing most. With over twenty years experience in this field, he has helped tech companies scale from nothing to $45 million ARR in less than 5 years. Whilst also steering his team through successful fund raising rounds, trade sales and hypergrowth.
And if that was not enough, Laurent has also been part of the leadership team which lead two successful IPO’s, raising $620 million and $1.69 billion.
Having worked with clients from across Europe, the USA, ASEAN and Israel, Laurent brings a calm and assured quality, rooted in experience.
